A fun activity: I wrote this IA in my spare time.
I wanted to show how the best IAs are built around solving a personal problem. It doesn't matter how small that problem is, as long as you can use some creative maths to crack it.
I also wanted to show how helpful it is to include diagrams to communicate mathematical ideas — and how much easier it is to make those diagrams these days with a little help from AI like Claude.
Once I'd figured out the maths of how to do this, I used Claude to help me write some of the body of the document, because I don't have all the time in the world. Yes, it's a bit unfair that I can use AI to write and my students can't — but I think it's worth showing what the finished thing can look like.
