Every tutoring session is recorded. This serves two purposes: it provides a learning resource for students to revisit, and it creates a transparent record that protects both the student and the tutor.
Recordings are shared with parents immediately after each session. Parents have full access to see exactly what was covered and how their child is being supported.
I hold an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate with the update service. This is the highest level of criminal record check available for those working with children in the UK, and can be verified at any time through the DBS update service.
